The police say a woman died after being set on fire in her Prospect Heights apartment building's elevator yesterday afternoon—and they say her killer was caught on video.

According to the Post (http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/brooklyn/burned_alive_in_brooklyn_elevator_uGOwkIo4kDvIkBbS 9qAbwL), the surveillance video shows "the suspect was waiting on the fifth floor and ambushed his victim as the elevator doors opened. He sprayed the woman with a flammable liquid and then set her aflame and ran off, leaving her to die in agony, police said." And a resident said, “She was screaming at the top of her lungs."

The man, who appeared to be in his 40s, first sprays the woman in the face, then douses her methodically from head to toe with what a city official said was an accelerant as she turned and cowered, raising her hands, the grocery bags hanging from her wrists. Having cornered the woman in the elevator, the man struggles to light a barbecue lighter. He then ignites a Molotov cocktail — a wine or Champagne bottle filled with accelerant with a rag stuffed in its neck. He retreats and comes back again, spraying more liquid on his victim. And suddenly the silent video goes white with a conflagration in the small space: the woman, on fire.

Gillespie had been returning home with groceries to her Underhill Ave. apartment building in Prospect Heights when she was attacked about 4:15 p.m Saturday.

'The sicko wasn’t done yet.

He is suspected of setting another fire 10 minutes later in the nearby apartment building on Lincoln Place where he had stayed with his brother until getting kicked out, police sources said. In the second blaze, he sprayed his brother’s door with accelerant and left two Molotov cocktails behind.

**So basically he started stealing from the woman, she grew suspicious & fired him, his brother got tired of him leeching off his living quarters & kicked him out, and for that now you want to kill people? That's a true definition of a LOW-LIFE piece of shit not worth living.
BTW, i'd like to add that not only should he die burning, but I would personally hammer his private parts untill he passed out. Then when he regained consiousness, he would find himself chained to a pole where then someone would just have to light a match at his feet standing on hot coal & flames until he completely burned.
