You're probably right, but if anything this shows how little support these so called mainstream candidates have. They couldn't even garner 10k signatures!!

They'll probably pull some shit and put those two queers on the ballot, but as it stands, Ron Paul is winning.

Freedom, bitchez!

from what they said on the tv, i guess it's 400 votes per county or something like that

"Rick Perry isn't alone. The Virginia Republican Party says Michele Bachmann (http://www.foxnews.com/topics/politics/michele-bachmann.htm#r_src=ramp), Jon Huntsman, and Rick Santorum also failed to make the primary ballot in Virginia. Perry was one of the four GOP hopefuls that turned the required paperwork with the Virginia Board of Elections. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (http://www.foxnews.com/topics/politics/mitt-romney.htm#r_src=ramp) and Perry's fellow Texan, Ron Paul (http://www.foxnews.com/topics/politics/ron-paul.htm#r_src=ramp) have been certified eligible. Party officials were still verifying the signatures submitted by Newt Gingrich (http://www.foxnews.com/topics/politics/newt-gingrich.htm#r_src=ramp) late Friday night."

They will pull some strings (i.e. rig the signature count) to get the slimy newt on the ballot.
Isn't that the state (District of Columbia) where the office is they hope to be working? Pathetic!
If the newt doesn't get that count rigged soon, the Fox zio-idiots heads are gonna explode.

This should already be headline news on the Zio-Rense Report

It's my understanding that Paul and Romney are the only two names that will appear on the repub primary ballot in Virginia.

Gingrich attacks Virginia's 'failed system' for keeping him off primary ballot

"The campaign says Gingrich will pursue an aggressive write-in campaign to appear on Virginia's ballot.
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Texas Rep. Ron Paul, certified earlier Friday by the state GOP, will be the only candidates on the ballot.
The stunning result means Gingrich — who lives in McLean, led among Virginia's GOP primary voters in the latest poll and is vying with Romney for national front-runner status — will not get a chance to compete with Romney in the state's primary."

By WILL LESTER Associated Press
WASHINGTON December 24, 2011 (AP)

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich's campaign is attacking the system in Virginia that will keep him off the state's Republican presidential primary ballot.

The state GOP says Gingrich and Texas Gov. Rick Perry failed to submit the required 10,000 signatures to appear on the March 6 Super Tuesday ballot. It's a setback for Gingrich, who has surged in popularity but struggled to organize his campaign.

The Gingrich campaign says Virginia has a "failed system."

Campaign director Michael Krull issued a statement Saturday saying people deserve to vote for any contender -- especially leading candidates.

The campaign says Gingrich will pursue an aggressive write-in campaign to appear on Virginia's ballot.

Too funny! Blame the system and not the shitbag.
Well, the evil elder Bush did just endorse Mittens...

"At all elections except primary elections it shall be lawful for any voter to vote for any person other than the listed candidates for the office by writing or hand printing the person’s name on the official ballot."

Newt has to be pissed his people are so inept they couldn't dummy up the signature paperwork.

What's even funnier is that the election board told all the candidates to get 15,000 sigs because if their addresses don't match the voter rolls they wouldn't be counted, they simply didn't verify and left no room for margin of error.

So, now we get a head to head matchup with mr mitty..this could be very fun!

Yes, exciting!
I do have concerns with the NWO Bush endorsement, but there is still a possibility of a third party run with Palin/Trump.
It is also possible the votes will be so split in the end, that no one will be eligible to run against Obama.

Something else has me puzzled though...the campaigns of Jon Huntsman, Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum did not submit any petition, why? Especially Bachmann. Did they see the writing on the wall and knew they'd be out by then? Or is it a matter of absolutely no organization?

Frank Luntz* was on Fox Nooz earlier this morning, was unaware of Melonhead and Goodhair not qualifying, and was informed of the fact on air. His reaction was priceless! lol I have no words to describe it, in fact Frank Luntz was so stunned as to be at a loss for words himself, but he did manage to get out "Pathetic".

*everyone should know that Luntz is another unabashed Ron Paul hater

For all intent and purpose, aren't they already out? Shouldn't they be dropped after Iowa?

How shocking would it be, if no candidate could be elegible to run against Obama and he skates right in to a second term, with a big shit eating grin on his face?

I'm wondering if there will be a TV ad slamming Newt "If Newt can't manage his own campaign, why would he be able to manage our country?"

It's too bad, and just when Newt was becoming human...not!

Newt Gingrich Hopes To Charm The Internet With Pics Of Himself With Animals. No, Seriously.
Reports ABC:

The campaign said today that it will soon launch a “Pets With Newt” site aimed at Gingrich’s love for animals, intended to show a “lighter side” of the candidate. “As speaker I made it possible for people in public housing to keep their pets in 1988. I love pets so we’re going to have an entire project,” Gingrich said.

Gingrich doesn’t have any pets at this time, but he told ABC News today he and his wife Callista want a dog in the White House, and it’s a friendly disagreement between the couple over what kind and size of dog. Callista wants a small dog and Newt wants a large dog, though he says dogs like a Great Dane are a little too large.

All the indications of an avid dog lover: Melonhead and his middle-aged trollop don't own one at this time, they 'want' one for appearances, they haven't a clue as to what kind of dog they 'want', and a Dane is "a little too large" - is that to be taken that a Mastiff is 'about right'? lol

A true test to see if he's a genuine animal lover - gather a couple of dozen owners of house cats and see how many of the house cats are willing to sit contently when placed on his lap. Cats read people very well. I can see it now, Melonhead would get the shit scratched out of him in short order.

Those two were made for each other since they both completely lack any morals whatsoever.
