This has got to be one of The Sweetest knives EVER.

http://www.tactical-life.com/online/tactical-knives/it%E2%80%99s-benchmade-bedlam/

A t an overall length of 9.75 inches, the Bedlam is a hefty knife. The sharply curved blade and handle accentuate this and for a 4-inch blade, theknife is large, but comfortable to hold in a multitude of grips. The handle of theBedlam really gets interesting as Benchmadehasdeviseda very unique machine-cut texturing for the G-10 scales that is quite organic in appearance, which alongwiththesubtle finger grooves and pronounced guard, gives an extremely secure working grip in adverse situations. I tested this by thrusting the Bedlam’s blade into phonebooks with oily and wet hands and suffered no slippage whatsoever. I repeated thetask in reverse using the steel striking pommel with the same results. Very secure. No slips. No cuts.

[Australian Accent]Krikey, mate... that's not a knife... THIS is a knife!

It also has an awesome Dooooomy name: The Armageddon

I actually own one of those, it's a BEAST... I use it mainly to turn small logs into kindling, a task it performs exceptionally well... with more control than a hatchet! It really is a small machete, and would double as a nice short sword too in a pinch. It doesn't fold up and fit in a pocket though! ;)

Here's a writeup:

Ok, now I see, auto knives are not available to us lowly 'civilians', one must be in service to the beast in order to have one.

They will ship the auto to Free States.

Trying to find out which states around here don't get their undies in a bunch

Considering the likelihood of me being 'interviewed' by thugs with badges, I probably shouldn't carry an expensive auto knife as it would probably be stolen from me by a sociopath with a badge since I'm not 'authorized' to have it and therefore one of the sociopaths with a badge feels 'entitled' to it.

Cops steal so much they make TSA agents look like saints

I would not use this as a EDC

Thiis is more of a collector blade destined to become a classic Bechmade has a insanse habbit of discontinuing very popular blades for no reason at all.

I would use this as a carry blade as things progressivelly got worse outside and I wanted to maintain some sort of advantage.

That blade is really meancing to look at and anybody that even sees that thing is at least going to pause for asplit second and that is all the time I need to GTFO dogde with my tail in tact.

Winning a fight in my book is getting back home to loved ones in a single piece

TT... I have the x-large Espada and it's by far the best folder/carry knife I've ever had. Fits easily in a side jeans pocket without much bulge, then when you snag the little tab on the side of your pocket while drawing, the knife beautifully snaps open in one fluid motion. You'd think it's way too big a knife to put in your pocket, but it's not.

Here's a knife that I've had for a while. It is insanely sharp. The blade is about 4" long and the handle fits in your hand like it grew there.

Most of my purchases these days are Cold Steel (knives/swords). I find they are as tough as they say they are. My favorite is this Chinese war sword I picked up last year. Perfect as either one handed or two handed. Also surprising usable in tight areas (not as clumsy as it might appear). Very well balanced and tougher than sh*t..........

Sorry TT, just noticed your question. Yes, as someone else said, that is made by the Cold Steel custom shop. There isn't any damage to the handle, a pocket clip goes there and it's still in the metal case the knife came in. I originally bought the knife for carry but immediately figured that it was far too nice to for that.

I've got several Benchmade knives but my current favorites are by Mcusta, from Seki, Japan. Here are a couple below. My daily carry knife is also by Mcusta but is a model they made for and sold under the Browning name (the 2nd picture with gold colored handle). Mcustas are high end for factory knives, definitely at least the equal of Benchmade, etc.
