Probably not what you expected. They have several free ebooks that discusses remedies and type of law. What practically everyone sees is that if you seek a remedy against a constitutional infringement upon a right at law then you are told to sit down and be quiet. Instead the author suggests that the remedy is at equity in the form of an injunction or temporary restraining order. He claims that this will work in all sorts of situations.
While his claim may or may not be correct even he indicates that it will not work in all circumstances and advises study of procedures, forms and processes.
Nonetheless, an interesting read.
