Another good site is www.state-citizen.org when looking for a few court cases and cites to better understand how the government looks at subjects vs The People.
I've used the information from 1215 a lot to get where I'm at today.
I've talked to Bill personally in the past......hes a good guy looking out for your best interest for those who dont understand what those interests are.

The following letter is for use in responding to an unlawful detainer order from court. Read the instructions on the first page of the document download at the bottom of this page.


Unlawful Detainer Response Letter Application Instructions

Change the highlighted portions of the letter as appropriate for your particular situation. Be sure to leave “ – private communication” in the document.

Be sure to include with the letter the original communication (keep a copy for your records) and a non-certified copy of the birth certificate that is clearly and conspicuously marked as a copy, no need to tempt a charge of forgery. This is a copy made on a copier for 10¢, not the $12 or $20 state issued certified copy, they don't need that.

Remove the yellow highlighting and any notations, such as “← or whatever is appropriate”

Print the letter on 8 ½ x 14 inch legal paper. Place a stamp (I use 3¢ stamps) in the box to the right of your autograph. Write your first and middle names (no family name) diagonally, in blue ink, across the stamp to cancel it. Use a red ink pad and your thumb-print to seal the contract by inking your thumb and then placing it on the stamp and document such that it touches the stamp, the autograph, and the paper. This seals the three together. Once you mail it then the contract is signed, sealed, and delivered. Now you know where that phrase originated.

When you address the envelope for the letter be sure to write your return address exactly as it appears in the letter, do not use the conventional federal fictional plane address and zip code.

You are likely to receive one or two communications in response seemingly escalating the claim. Don't panic, that's what they're counting on.

YOUR OFFER TO RELINQUISH MY POSITION AS BENEFICIARY TO CASE NO. 1:10-CV-1234 AND TO ACCEPT THE ROLE OF TRUSTEE IS DECLINED. As you are an experienced public trustee, I have the utmost confidence in your ability to protect the interests of the trust and this beneficiary and to ensure that the executor will bring forth the settlement for the liability created under the United States bankruptcy. Additionally, let me personally thank you for your service to all of us toward keeping the peace and learning to share this creation.



You should also know that I AM John Henry, a living man domiciled without the United States on the geographic region commonly known as the Ohio nation that abuts the imagined federal plane described in your communication and exercising my usufruct rights under the law of I AM to claim my beneficial interest in that described portion of the creation and I am not willing to relinquish any of those rights as described in the Bible, book of Genesis 1:26-30, to wit:

As you may already know, the Bible, acknowledged by the United States Congress in proclamation 5018 and your public law 97-280 96 STAT. 1211 as the word of God, clearly and repeatedly states that God owns the creation and everything in it. You don't expect me to challenge the prior superior claim of my creator and make a false claim to the contrary do you? Further, if you insist that I must pay something, you are to send specific instructions as to how I can pay anything given that none of us on this planet owns anything here and you seem to seek the impossible. Isn't the created owned by the creator?

If any of my prior actions, words, or deeds led you to believe that I AM JOHN H SMITH please forgive me for that mistake as I now realize that JOHN H SMITH was a gift to me solely for my benefit.

For your use in locating the title holder to JOHN H SMITH, I have included with this response a copy of the gift certificate titled CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and bearing the name listed in your instrument. I believe that the issuer information will prove useful to you in your search. Should you or your firm have instructions or guidelines detailing how to use the gift (birth) certificate without creating confusion I would be most appreciative if you would share that with me.

It is my will that you settle this claim and the instant matter to the benefit of all parties thereto and that this letter remain a private communication between us.

Your failure to respond to this letter within fifteen days clearly and unambiguously demonstrating specifically and setting forth any authority superior to me and my Creator shall be your agreement to protect my beneficial interests in this matter, protect all involved property, execute my will, and protect my beneficial unencumbered use of this creation. Toward that end I do accept and acknowledge your oath of office and do extend to you my sovereign immunity, if any, for the purpose of protecting all parties hereto and ensuring that my will be done.

Should you require any additional assistance from me please inform me without delay as to such, your request to include specifics as to the nature of the assistance or remedy sought. Thank you for your assistance with this matter and your service to The United States of America and the UNITED STATES.

Listened to the audio files is all. It is a good site for information.
