A very good and direct interview about Iran from someone who is there........In the American people think of Iran as a backwards country where the people live in tents and travel by ways of camels and donkey carts, remember that anyone only show what they want you to believe and not as to what is really going on.

Russian Super Sunburn SS-N-26 ONYX Missiles make the US Navy Obsolete & a US Attack on Iran Suicidal

Ron: Ever wonder why the US and Israel go on and on threatening to bomb Iran but never do? I have. The answer is simple enough. In accordance with a directive from Creator Source Star Fleet now defuses all nuclear weapons which makes the threat of a joint US Israeli nuclear annihilation of Iran just so much hot air. The second reason is even more embarrassing for the US because it evidences that the huge US Navy is now as militarily obsolete as Hannibal's elephants, and much more dangerous to man.
Ever since the Russians developed the supersonic P270 Moskit [Mosquito] anti-ship missile, known in NATO circles as the SS-N-22 "Sunburn", over 10 years ago the US Navy has been vulnerable to irrestible attack in confined seas such as the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea and the Eastern Mediterannean. That Sunburn missile type is said to be deployed in Syria and Iran. It was once described by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher as "the most dangerous anti-ship missile in the Russian, and now the Chinese, fleet.” The ship borne version of this missile is launched from deck mounted quad tubes, but since Rohrabacher made his comments, Russia has adapted the Sunburn for submerged launch from submarines, air launch from Sukhoi 27s, and single surface launch from modified 40’ flatbed trucks. Prior to 2003 all Western defense experts unambiguously viewed all versions of Sunburn as the “most dangerous missiles in the world”. - joe.vialls@ntlworld.com
However, by November 2003 the Russians had greatly improved on the SS-N-22, producing the SS-N-26* ONYX yakhont missile capable of a cruising speed of 2100 mph at an elevation of only 45 feet above sea level. That meant that Russia and China (which bought the ONYX technology from Russia) can sink American aircraft carriers at will without ever having to escalate to nuclear warfare, which gives both countries a massive strategic advantage. See Putin hammers the final nail into Israel’s coffin (http://www.joevialls.co.uk/myahudi/sunburn2.html) Copyright Joe Vialls, 16 November 2003, * Shown as the SS-N-25 in the picture below.

Though Sunburn can fly 150 kilometers at Mach 2.1 [1,520 mph] at an average altitude of 60 feet, Onyx leaves this performance for dead. Using the same launch tubes as Sunburn, Onyx streaks along its extended 200+ kilometer flight path at a blistering Mach 2.9 [2,100 mph], while hugging the ground even closer at an average altitude of only 45 feet. Onyx is 100% “Fire and Forget”, meaning that once out of the launch tube, flight management is entirely automatic, and you can forget the doomed 93,000-ton aircraft carrier sitting meekly down range, only minutes away from being converted into environmentally-friendly heat and light. Though SS-N-25 Onyx deployment might seem like giant overkill, this is far from being the case, because Onyx differs from Sunburn in one utterly crucial way. So great is the kinetic energy at the point of impact on the target, that Onyx might sink an American aircraft carrier using only a conventional penetrating warhead. Those boffins who might doubt this should calculate the impact energy of 5,500 pounds of missile striking a carrier at a terminal velocity of 2,460 feet per second. Of course if the missile's fuel is used up the weight on impact and kinetic energy generated by the impact will be considerably less in which event it could take several Onyx "hits" to sink a carrier. The Onyx missile means that, at close quarters Russia or China can sink American aircraft carriers at will without ever having to escalate to nuclear warfare, which gives both countries a massive strategic advantage. Remember folks, this was the state of play in 2003. You can imagine just how much the Russians and Chinese may have improved on the Onyx technology since then.
Sailing around the world posturing as the world's sole super power may seem like the good life to US naval personnel while they only really threaten countries like Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen and the like but when push comes to shove against Iran let alone Russia or China I would not like to be aboard a US warship. Would you?
