hr 3116

10/12/2011--Introduced.
Enemy Expatriation Act - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to include engaging in or purposefully and materially supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which U.S. nationals would lose their nationality. Defines "hostilities" as any conflict subject to the laws of war.

i guess on the plus side, if they take away your nationality you get out of being obligated to a lot of stuff.

Legal defense being one of them. Wonder what it's like to be a man without a country?

Civil war is coming.

Iran is not going to sell oil in dollars anymore and Russia is on board with them. These dollars are going to come back to the US at some point and is most likely the catalyst we will face that causes a big inflation/depreciation in value of the USD in short order. Things certainly are moving at a faster pace these days.

I'm guessing once they realize the mistake they made they won't hesitate to repeal all the laws. We just need to circulate a petition.

if they take away your nationality you get out of being obligated to a lot of stuff.

Just to be clear, if you were born within the boundaries of Iowa then your nationality is Iowan no matter where you choose to make your home in the world.

If you would like to change this you notify Iowa that you intend to change your allegiance to Wisconsin while at the same time notifying Wisconsin of your intention to make Wisconsin your domicile (other than commercially).

A U.S. national is domiciled on Guam or American Samoa. Try to get proclaimed a U.S. national and you will be given a ration of bureaucratic mud.

The U.S. can do nothing about your nationality.

Its a good way to confiscate pensions, stocks, real estate holdings, ss. etc.

The more valuable an American's assets, the more likely they are to be enemies of the state.
