I am very well acquainted with forum etiquette. But thank you very much for asking. I ask for a name change because I don't want undue attention on this forum. I was a late comer to GIM 1 prior to the breakup. Some of you may know me, but mostly don't. I am very much a "hard" asset person that is frequently at odds with other paper bugs. Only on paper. Sure looks good though..LOL. I have already looked into most of the correctional dentist positions. They have already contracted or should I say outsourced most of the dentists jobs to private management corporations like Corrections Corporations of America and GEO. They are just as worse as the HMO..They issue their own stocks as well, which are excellent investment by the way. They don't pay as much of course. And they want someone younger and cheaper. Many California correctional dentists already got laid off at end of '09 or is it '08, when governator mandated the new prisoner to dentist ratio at 2000 to one. The local correction where I work at is running out of funds...I am a good friend of this medical director of this facility and so on and so forth..Since you got me going, California is the only state allows licensure reciprocity with Mexico. Mexican dentists can now practice in California without taking the formidable California dental board. Hence this is the source of their cheap labor.
