I believe you are right and someone is paying to keep the rest of the losers in the race to dilute Paul.
If that was my objective, I'd do it. Romney has a lot of $$$ and so do his backers.

I saw on the news that Romney, the slimy newt, and Huntsman are all being backed by billionaires.
Where's Ron Paul's billionaire backer?
