FBI says paying for your morning coffee with cash a potential terrorist activity, urges coffee shop owners to report cash-paying customers to authorities

(NaturalNews) Purchasing a cup of coffee using cash instead of a credit or debit card, using Google Maps to view photos of sporting event stadiums and large cities, and installing software to protect your internet privacy on your mobile phone -- these and many other mundane activities are now considered to be potential terrorist activities by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). And the agency is now distributing a new series of flyers as part of its new "Communities Against Terrorism" (CAT) program that urges shop owners and others to report such "suspicious" activity to authorities.
"The Communities Against Terrorism program is funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance through the SLATT Program to provide law enforcement agencies with a tool to engage members of the local community in the fight against terrorism," writes SLATT.org, the program of the U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance that is promoting the program, on its website. "To assist law enforcement in the outreach effort, templates of flyers containing potential indicators have been created for distribution to specific industries" (https://www.slatt.org/CAT).
The SLATT program offers both on-site and online training (indoctrination) for coffee shop owners, financial institution employees, tattoo shop artists, and many others into how to spot potential terrorist activities. Included among the many propaganda flyers the FBI is distributing as part of the campaign are ones for how to spot terrorists at local hobby shops and beauty supply stores, for instance, as well as flyers for owners of farm supply and home improvement stores (http://publicintelligence.net (http://publicintelligence.net/fbi-suspicious-activity-reporting-flyers/)).
This little gem warns internet cafe owners to watch out for and report customers that always pay for their coffee with cash, as they could be terrorists (http://info.publicintelligence.net (http://info.publicintelligence.net/FBI-SuspiciousActivity/Internet_Cafe.pdf)). Another ridiculous flyer intended for owners of boat shops warns them to be on the lookout for people interested in becoming certified scuba divers, as they could be terrorists (http://info.publicintelligence.net (http://info.publicintelligence.net/FBI-SuspiciousActivity/Dive_Boat_Shops.pdf)).
Be sure to check out the entire set of flyers here:

A few years ago, this type of outlandish fear-mongering and Stasi-style spying on citizens would have been considered a crazy conspiracy theory by many. But today, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with its "See Something, Say Something" campaign, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) "First Observer" citizen spying program, and the TSA's Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response" (VIPR) internal checkpoint force, together with the new FBI spying program, are making this police state nightmare in America a tangible reality (http://www.naturalnews.com/034867_TSA_Super_Bowl_surveillance.html).

We can do something with these fliers.
This is a good way to introduce these topics to sheeple you may know.
A lot of their claims are ridiculous, people won't believe it.

The following collection of 25 flyers produced by the FBI and the Department of Justice are distributed to local businesses in a variety of industries to promote suspicious activity reporting. The flyers are not released publicly, though several have been published in the past by news media and various law enforcement agencies around the country. We have compiled this collection from a number of online sources.

They have identified almost anyone conservative and aware as a potential
terrorist, including those that recite the Constitution and Veterans.
They are training the sheeple to identify those that are more aware.
Building lists. They cannot possibly act if everyone got in on it.

Crap, now I am turning my friends into terraists. I am always bitching at them for paying with cc's/debit cards. They're getting better about it, but now they're going to get reported. Ugh.
Every day there is another "reason" why I am a nuisance to "society".

If I worked for a coffee shop I'd call every day reporting that dozens and dozens of people paid with cash that morning and they need to open an investigation immediately!

I like that idea!
The govt controllers are trying to set up a cashless system so that the central computer controls all purchases. Of course they will only acknowledge that it monitors them. But, at some point, they can shut off credit, even if you have plenty of "credits" in the account.
This is the path toward all who buy or sell- must take the mark of the beast.

Give lengthy descriptions of what they were wearing, how they said things, what they ordered, how they ate, what they left, the people sitting at the next table, what they ordered, wifi usage etc. If the owner tries to fire you for not working, threaten to report him for terrorism, not being supportive of your anti-terrorist activities, if he backs down, order him to employ a friend of yours to help you in your intelligence gathering work...

911: Yes
GSus: I would like to report suspicious activity. A man bought a coffee to day, and he paid cash.
911: I see
GSus: Yeah. He used a bill and some small coins
911: Can you give a description of the domestic terrorist?
GSus: Yes. We was wearing a shirt with a coat, and he pants on. Two eyes. There was hair on his head. He was white.
911: Anything else? Anything significant that stood out?
GSus: Ummm, no... er, wait! Shoes! He had shoes on too! And he carried a wallet. I think he came in an automobile. There might have been others with him.

In medicine, we learn about the importance of knowing a test's specificity and sensitivity in order to use it effectively. These FBI guidelines are inherently overly sensitive and non-specific, which is categorically the worst kind of test to use as a screening tool because one becomes inundated with false positives. I'm hoping that's what happens here. The FBI runs the risk of becoming completely overrun with wild goose chases and dead ends.

Pfft. All that would serve to do is give the an excuse to hire more agents and expand.

i think the Joos' general policy is to create so many laws that everybody is breaking some laws (like throwing a frisbee at the beach in LA).
then they can selectively persecute the trouble-makers, e.g. sovereign citizens, people that tell the truth about Israel's involvement in 9-11, etc.

I don't know, more reports on suspicious activity, will be sold to the public as an increased terrorist activity, doesn't matter if 99.9% of all reports are completely normal activities, with people paying coffee with cash, wearing a green sweater, using a proxy server when on the Internet. The object of the FBI isn't to catch terrorists, the object is to keep people fearing a boogieman in people around them, using a sensitive and non-specific test is just a tool to achieve that goal...

I think that is the intent of all of this: to create a web to so many laws that everyone is criminalized and they can selectively arrest and hold anyone they choose to neutralize.
