gold & silver have been tracking conversely with the US stock market & opposite to the US $ since the end of December - at least 2 months.

i think there's more to the silver price manipulation than just the JP Morgan & HSBC action. when the PPT props up the stock market, it also affects the currency & PM markets.

the announcements of QE1 & QE2 did goose the stock market also, but when we look at the money supply curves at Market Ticker or Zero Hedge, it's real obvious that the money supply has been growing a LOT since 2007-2008. i.e. we've had QE 0.5, QE 1.5, and QE 2.5.

who knows, maybe the Dow will stay above 10,000, all the way to a Dow Gold ratio of 1.

Blah, blah, blah. Silver to the moon. Blah, blah, blah. Seems every three months someone says this is the delivery month that will break the Comex. Ha ha ha. One of these days it will happen, but I am not holding my breath. The fuckers keep the game going longer than anyone could have imagined.

We're seeing something we haven't seen before... gross manipulation of our economic position. Lying about our nations economic stability is a norm... every number or graph you are seeing is manipulated or invented.

PM's are a part of this category (conspiracy).
Make the dollar appear strong at all costs... It is stretched, even beyond their own belief, we will watch it crash so hard most private wealth will remain in their (NWO) hands only.

I agree totally, I just have lost any confidence in anyone's ability to predict when it is going to happen. How long have we been hearing that "this is it?"

i agree. i think there is a "the bigger they are, the harder they fall" aspect to this.

some people use the metaphor of a beach ball pushed further underneath the surface of the ocean.

when the forces restraining it give out, it comes to the surface with that much more force. (not a perfect analogy because of the resistance of water to the motion of a beach ball. but anyway ...)

i am surprised that physical dealers key their prices so religiously to the paper price. most organizations with 500 or more ounces of gold and 10,000 or more ounces of silver don't have problems paying the rent.

so why sell when the price falls - why buy when the price goes up ? it seems logical to cushion themselves by adding a substantial premium (buy-sell spread).
