I just absolutely love this sauce. I mix it with eggs scrambled, folks love the eggs I cook. I also mix Lizano with rice, it's excellent.

This is really my go-to sauce to add flavor to anything. It really is good on anything, plus (to the best of my knowledge) all the ingredients are natural.

I really think one the most important prep items is being able to add flavor to otherwise, bland meals. This is the product for doing just that.

Unfortunately, I've never seen it on the shelves here in the US. It's a Costa Rican product.

I've ordered it here. Shipping takes awhile though...

I bet it would be good to put on skinless chicken breasts and baked.

It would be good on ANY breast, even if you licked it off. :)

OK, my passion for this sauce set aside...I'm sure it would be excellent on baked chicken. Normally, I'll cook the chicken, mix it with rice and black beans, and add lizano. Rice and black beans make a 'complete' protein, so I've read. I'll have to try putting it on chicken breasts and baking them. I'll update this thread when I do.
