at 2:45 this guys says "these things come up in the late afternoon, they pop off, and they will be gone by tomorrow."

Looks to me like afternoon thunderstorms in the Midwest during unseasonably early spring. I didn't catch if he gave the dates, but it looks to me, what he is see is pop storms associated with a frontal system.

I think this is the same frontal system that is going through my area today.
