SOS of sorts.
Immediate family member survivor hat on my head here, to a major .net ISP run as a sole proprietorship by said family now deceased family member.
Family has asked me to find out if they can positively impact the scheduled April 2012 renewal date to keep from inconveniencing existing extensive webhosting and other ISP interactions spanning several decades by said deceased.
Death was sudden and unexpected. This concern has surfaced. Please respond via PM. Is this ISP part of my immediate family member's estate and will its control be decided in long/drawn out probate? No will left to my knowledge, therefore no executor in place at current time.
Things are in high state of flux. Please, serious PRIVATE MESSAGE replies only. Thank you.
