I would like to learn more about Mining stocks & Mining Companies, with emphasis on Precious Metals.
There's a few ads on King World ... Sometimes Fin. Sense will interview an exec. like the guys at Newmont - but often they refrain from 'naming names'.
It would be nice to get a list.
One stock that somehow caught my attention - Gold Ore Resources. Not sure if they're a good value right now but they do pay a decent dividend.

Also this review of GORO at Gold Review -

I did a web-search for "gold mining stocks".
Found goldreview.com, and
http://www.investorideas.com/Gold_Stocks/
investorideas has links to a few stocks, but if you want to see The List, then You Got to Pay.
Also found
http://www.goldstockcenter.com/
... seems like a good one.
On one Fin. Sense webcast they were talking about "gold & silver stocks" and someone said, "well there's only 50 anyway". I would guess they're talking about larger miners. When you look at goldstockcenter, they got hundreds listed.
Anyway, just curious what mining stocks you guys like, & what references you use.
