it is amazing how intelligent those killer whales are. not just with their hunting tactics but they knew right away where the penguin had gone. Luckily for those people the killer whales were not in a bad mood. that was a tiny boat.

Once when I was in the Gulf of Mexico, I noticed a piece of wood about 1" x 8" x 24" floating and fish circling underneath.
Then a small fish jumped on top of the board and I noticed two big Kingfish circling underneath. After a couple seconds the small fish jumped back in the water.

Hard to miss the metaphor inherent in the action of penguin jumping onto a boat to avoid being eaten.
