Sometimes eating healthy leaves you craving. This is a good fix.

- 1 cup of dry roasted almonds
- 1 cup of steel cut oats (whole oats would work just the same)
- 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup

1 upright coffee grinder.

-Coarsely grind the almonds. (about 5- 10 seconds)
-Finely grind the oats into a powder. (about 10 - 20 seconds)
-Stir in maple syrup.
-Dash of sea salt (optional)
-Add milk/water if needed to form a batter like consistency.

Bake at 350 or 400 for about 10 mins. Makes about 7 palm sized.

No butter, no eggs. Toss in some chocolate chips for decadence if desired.

Fast, super nutritious.
