The only reason I'm posting this is I find it interesting that this women is saying this dog is like her "child", I didn't know you could have children on a 6 foot chain attached to a fence, but I digress.

Back to the topic. If you're going to get a dog for protection, something you would use as a meat shield so to speak you have to choose wisely and understand one basic principle, it's ALL GENETICS. And before I hear environment, and making the dog weak. Let me tell you, if you have a genetically strong dog, that dog if abused will not turn into a wimp, it will go into the opposite direction, it will get reactive and turn on YOU, i.e. become human aggressive.

So watch this dog, it barks and moves backwards, it's ears are back, it's very defensive and the "drive" that it's working in is both defense and fear. That's the worse dog possible, it will fucking send you to the hospital and then piss itself.

If this dog was in your house and something happened, i.e. home invasion 95% of the dogs would high tail it out of there leaving you on your own.

So just watch this.

Anybody else notice how far away she was standing from "her child" to pet him at the end of the vid? She doesn't strike me as very caring toward her "baby" (besides the fact that the dog is on a chain probably 24/7)...
