The problem I see with this strategy is this sidesteps the every State has electoral representation, by taking the process to a national level.

The Jews who control California and New York just love this, because it puts them in control of the whole process and disenfranchises all of fly-over country. Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota... etc. no longer matter.

Now the power brokers only have to control the big population centers.
