Anyone read this shit? It's touted as teen fiction but the story is extremely grim.

Pure dystopia where the Capitol city forces the 12 districts to provide a teenage boy & girl to battle it out to the death. This is done as retaliation for the districts attempt to overthrow the capital which resulted in the destruction of the 13TH district. The winning district gets food and the losing districts face starvation for the rest of the year.

There is a movie coming out tomorrow. I hadn't heard of this series until some friends brought it up.
