I love earth houses so much I built one and live in it.Raised a family in it and it is a true home.

Mine is on top of the ground.

Although in OZ it makes sense to build underground because of the massive fires they can have.

Here is a tip for mixing cement....add 1 tbsp rice flour to the water first.....stronger and wont crack as it has flexibility.(Info is from rock mason)
