not trying to be overly paranoid, but it has virtually disappeared from all stores here. i can find it online all day fine, but in stores, nada. i went to 2 hardware stores, a local sporting goods store, a fleet farm, and gander mountain today. 1 50 round box is all i could find.
the local hardware store guy said it doesn't show up as available with their supplier, other stores had no idea.
i've never seen a shortage of any kind of .22 ammo in my life, ever.
anything else is on shelves fine, it's just the stinger stuff. too bad, because that's the only thing my beretta bobcat will fire. :(

Somewhat. I was in Bass Pro last week and they had nothing on the shelf. I went to a small mom and pop down the street and picked up the only five boxes of CCI Mini Mag they had. Over the weekend I stopped into a very small mom and pop and picked up the only two boxes of Minis. It's the only round that won't jam in my Model 60. Ever.

tried them, but they're 36 grain and jam my beretta. only thing it will cycle with (reliably) is the 32 grain cci. it jams about every fourth round with the minis.

I have has no issues in my model 60 with Blazer bulk pack. Made by CCI. It is the only other round besides the mini-mags that work for me.
