Man arrested for reading Bible in public! Freedom of speech violation

i'm torn with this one. a blantant disregard for our right to freedom of speech. but i wouldn't want to stand in that line listening to him preach either. IMO, that's for church or if i seek you out for your witnessing. am i wrong in thinking this? :confused:

if i were in the dmv line and i was annoyed or offended by the preacher, i would have respectfully asked the guy to leave. he has every right to be there. if the guy has any common courtesy he'd leave when asked by one of the patrons. according to the (edited) video, no one asked him except the security guard. that was the only warning i saw. then the (ignorant) cop just walks up and immediately arrests him. why couldn't he talk to him? maybe ask him to peacefully leave if anyone wants him to go. if no one in the line objected to him preaching, then he has a right to stay and preach. that cop showed up with a chip on his shoulder.

A better discussion would explore the concept of "private property" vs. "Public Property" and which the DMV falls under. Is private property which is owned by the state actually public land? Or not?

The Book of Numbers goes over the distinctions of whether some sins were done in ignorance or not, and resulting penalty (perhaps some help there). The bankers are obviously not ignorant.

My point is; homos, dogs and women are incompetent (foolish, stubborn, self willed; your pick) as the law suggests (in general). The law gave us each a plot of land to grow our own food. Anyone who takes us away from this (our perfect laws) needs to die, in general. (Mal. ch 4) (or leave)

Like Jesus, we should pray continually and receive minute by minute instruction as to exactly what we should do. I also study the law. The ultimate arbiter of violence is instigation; i.e. the unwanted laying on of hands. He who creates violence against non-violent people has opened himself up to violence.
