So a new Congressional district was created out of the black areas of several cities - Jacksonville, Lake City, Ocala, Gainesville, Orlando. A district made of little strips of land, sometimes only a few blocks wide, it's sole purpose to ensure that Corrine Brown will always get re-elected.
