International donors have pledged to spend $3.9 billion on programs like crop resiliency over the next five years,

Never-mind it's 3.9 billion mostly from us that we don't have.
This "crop resiliency" crap sounds like GMO seeds to me.

Of course it is GMO, Monsanto will test them too just like all them vaccines and DU in their water.
