Ron Paul Attracts 3,000-plus Voters to Texas A&M Event

Town hall meeting draws 2,500-plus in speaking venue plus over 500 viewing via live feed in lobby

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul attracted a remarkable 3,000-plus supporters and undecided voters to his Texas A&M town hall meeting tonight. It was the first of three events showcasing Dr. Paul’s characteristic large crowds that the Congressman is holding in his home state this week.
Event organizers noted that the university speaking venue was filled to capacity, necessitating an additional 500-plus to watch the speech via live feed in the lobby.
Dr. Paul’s town hall meeting took place at 7:00 p.m. CST at Texas A&M University’s
Rudder Auditorium – Rudder Theatre Complex, located at the intersection of Joe Routt Boulevard and Throckmorton Street in College Station, TX 77840.
At the event, the 12-term Congressman from the Lone Star State’s 14th District spoke about his platform of constitutionally-limited government, the link between civil and economic liberties, and elements of his path-breaking ‘Plan to Restore America (http://ronpaul2012.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=9b8827e2d9e8f8bf88bfe6fcb&id=9ca6148b11&e=c036246f1b),’ a fiscal blueprint designed to launch America out of its economic doldrums.

That's a pretty kik ass crowd gathered at the place where they shape young minds for "perfection in Neo Con-ism"

I'm hard pressed to find many other aggies that are libertarian minded - and I have worked with, been friends with, have family - you name it - a LOT of aggies.

Overheard at lunch today, "A vote for RP is 2 votes for 0bama since you're not voting for Romney and you're casting a vote for someone other than Romney".

That's some genius math right there.

I suppose by this logic a vote for 0bama results in 3 votes for 0bama?

I actually think that is some logic you want to promote far a wide. People migth go for it with gusto. They can all vote RP and that will give double to Obama so Obama will win. They will be doing the right thing for their man. Cool

Remember delegates man, that's how Barry got in, talked just like JFK and besides JACKIE DID IT!

Delegates man, RP is not a junior for the team he knows how it ALL works.
