False sence of security, they will grow and think they are invincible and learn real quick they aren't. Kinda like them floaty things they put on kids in a pool, one pops and they drown because they have no clue how to survive in the water. JMO

I feel bad enough for kids when I see them biking with a helmet on.
Wearing one around the house for no reason is horrid.

My mother use to break wooden stirring spoons on my head when I was being a little fuckhead. That helmet would have come in handy. Just being honest. :)
