No - modern slabbed bullion is a sucker's game. MS70 for a modern bullion coin is meaningless because they don't circulate and there's millions of them just like it. Compared to pre-33 gold or pre-65 silver, those coins were "business" struck, meant for circulating, and finding a specimen in a high mint state is sometimes pretty rare.

MF is spot on, graded modern coins are basically a marketing gimmick.
