OK I did this without cheating in any way, because I figured "Screw it, I'm not a US resident so my score doesn't matter."

I did well.

The only one I got wrong was the one on the 2A right protecting the right to own Machine guns and missle launchers, because their answer is wrong. I picked "Yes", while they said the answer was "Probaly not".

Well, Machine guns and missle launchers are arms, and the 2A protects the right to bear arms.

Anyways, I got lucky on the questions regarding the court cases. I was only vaguely familiar with the Heller case, and never heard of the Miller case, so that was a fluke.

I don't need to know much based on some of the multiple choice answers given.

Just look for the one that is not a joke.

I don't like the way they worded the one about the 30 round magazine, (paraphrasing)"Q: Why was the criminal who shot congresswoman Giffords allowed to buy 30-round magazines? A: Because congress failed to renew the ban on them".

11. In 1994, Congress passed a ban on semi-automatic assault weapons and large capacity magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds. How was Jared Loughner, the accused gunman in the shooting spree involving Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, able to purchase 30-round magazines for his pistol?

The 1994 federal assault weapons ban and restrictions on large capacity magazines expired in 2004 and have not been renewed by Congress.

Since the attempted assassination of Representative Giffords and the shooting death of six others in the same January shooting spree, two bills were introduced in Congress to limit magazines to 10 shots or less. Both are entitled the Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device Act. The House bill has 110 sponsors. The Senate version has 11 sponsors. Both bills were referred to committee. No further action has taken place.

9/12. A few more by elimination of stupid answers, then by kjnowing the correct answer.

This quiz should be entitled "The CSMs opinion that 'guns are only allowed for militia purposes' indoctrination session hidden in the form of a quiz".

Of course it's pushing an agenda. It also serves as an add for that gunstore that they have a picture of.
