very nice.

i wonder if they bothered with Zoning or went below-the-radar ?

also, about the facilities. does it empty out onto the ground ? is there a sign below the treehouse that says, "do not stand here (unless you want poop falling on your head)" ?

That looks like a head louse attached to a hair shaft.

If the balconies close tight, it should be very easy to heat.

Of course, one hopes that the tree stays healthy.

This home will not be a chick magnet, that's for sure.

Exactly. Also, there's a very cute gal in the video.

I always find these types of stories uplifting. It's inspiring to me when folks choose a lifestyle that may not be what mainstream says to do, what necessarily impresses women. It's a true honest life, to not chase money and women. We can't all be doctors and lawyers, let most of the women fight over those guys. I'd date the tree hugging gal in the video over them any day.

edit: Heimdhal, if you build one of these you must name it the Heimloft. :)

Cheers. Could she also be a sailing tree hugging gal? :)

The website for the hemloft is a great read, imo. Very inspiring. Worth a look.
