And if you ask them for a warrant before you allow them to check your bags, they will shoot you? Or do they anticipate people being armed and they will shoot in self defense after provoking an incident? Life gets dangerous if people are armed and provoked.

All of the check points, DUI stops, etc are unlawful. No crime was committed. Why are men and women being stopped? It's just for money and job security. Besides the training for the hard enforced checkpoints (papers please) that will appear in the near future.

Now this is a great idea.

Remember, if you consent to a search your rights are gone. Cop asks...sir, may I search your bag/vehicle? If you say no, the cop's thought process is "if he has nothing to hide, why doesn't he want me to search." The cop's suspicion is raised, he then starts looking for reason's to justify a search.

If you say yes, you have nothing to gain but everything to lose.

Simple, hand the cop the copy of the 4th amendment, and say "sir I'd like to uphold my constitutional rights. I do not consent to a search."
