Judge Napolitano at the Mises University talking about the Constitution and Freedom. He's a great teacher. Thinks on his feet, knows his stuff, articulate, and got something going in his head. He's an impressive fellow. He even came out with a descriptive phrase that I think is profound--'libido dominandi'--the lust to dominate--which is what he accuses our elected public officials of. It's a long video--but he's entertaining and draws you in.

Well the judge got the amendment number wrong (min 44), it is the 17th Amendment that took the right of representation from the states and, as I've been saying for years, is an unconstitutional amendment, made so by Article 5 which prohibits such.

Interesting to me that the states being the creators of the national government, now have no representation in it.

The judge is not an NWO puppet. He doesn't need a teleprompter. And he knows not only the law, but the history of the law. If Ron Paul has him as the VP, they would beat Obama by a landslide. Aaah, if only the elections were honest and mattered!
