"Johnny Liberty" sounds like a name a Jew invented. Looks like one, too.

Do you ever feel when you are watching somebody telling you a story that it all soaks in easily if the message resonates with your experience? This guy talks about how you have to be if you want to live in the land of the free. You have to be brave. You have no rights unless you assert them. He tells a really interesting story about the same as what Jim Traficant read on the floor of the Congress in 1993. It got Traficant thrown in jail as a political prisoner for 10 years. How we have an illegitimate government that tricks us into waiving our god given rights.
His name is John David van Hove, and he lives in Eugene, Oregon. Listen to him for a while and you'll see why he's called Johnny Liberty. Sort of an 'un-caricature' of Uncle Sam, or what you would expect an American to be if he wasn't a sheep (or a wolf).

Isn't this an oxymoron? No, it is not an oxymoron.
You can be a non-sovereign / non-citizen = slave.
You can be a sovereign / non-citizen = civil / non-civic participant. You are responsible for living by the rules of society but have no say in those rules.
You can be a sovereign citizen = full participant in civil/civic matters. You are responsible for living by, and the creation of, the rules that govern society.

Yes it is, you can never be Sovereign yet be a Citizen. Until they learn that there is no such thing. I take whatever they say with a grain of salt.
Sovereign = One that exercises supreme, permanent authority, especially in a nation or other governmental unit, as:
a. A king, queen, or other noble person who serves as chief of state; a ruler or monarch.
b. A national governing council or committee.
2. A nation that governs territory outside its borders.
3. A gold coin formerly used in Great Britain.
adj.
1. Self-governing; independent: a sovereign state.
2. Having supreme rank or power: a sovereign prince.
3. Paramount; supreme: Her sovereign virtue is compassion.
4.
a. Of superlative strength or efficacy: a sovereign remedy.
b. Unmitigated: sovereign contempt.
Citizen = 1. A person owing loyalty to and entitled by birth or naturalization to the protection of a state or nation.
2. A resident of a city or town, especially one entitled to vote and enjoy other privileges there.
3. A civilian.
4. A native, inhabitant, or denizen of a particular place:

Bullshit.
There is absolutely nothing "oxymoronic" about a sovereign individual, in conjunction with other sovereign individuals, as member/participant citizens of a community, city, state or nation, taking responsibility for the environment within which they live.
That's what being a citizen within the United States is supposed to be all about, Individual Sovereigns Taking Responsibility For The Sociopolitical Environment Within Which They Live.

One can be a sovereign citizen of a several state? No?
If you use the inhabitant definition of citizen, why could someone not be a sovereign inhabitant of a state?

As I understand the history of it; you can be a sovereign citizen of the United States only if you're traveling outside the United States.
Within the U.S., you're a sovereign citizen of the state within which you claim and are recognized as such.
You can also be a non-citizen, sovereign inhabitant of a state.
Back in the olden days, one would have to apply to become a citizen of a state.
(Wouldn't want a non-citizen voting or otherwise interfering in your politics.)

So did Jim Traficant. Anybody who wakes up the slaves goes to jail. This game doesn't work if the slaves are awake. No leading the sheep astray.

"Johnny Light" aka "Johnny Ex-Con" decided to change his name again after receiving little credibility in the Sovereign Citizen community.
