That was just weird. first scene, the "rape", hard to tell what was going on, whitey's sweatpants seem to be down in that first couple seconds, but her black panties are seen fully on- doesn't mean they can't be pulled aside. Livelink desc says

So tough call whether there was intercourse happening, whitey didn't seem in much a a state to get it up! I tend to give the benefit of the doubt that he was raping her, based on his pants down and her traumatic response. "Sexual Assault" for sure. So, wtf dude? road divider, middle of big city, with cars whizzing by?!

Then chinese guy who broke it up follows him as he tries to walk away, you see him get a couple slaps from him, then video cuts to where same chinese guy is seen chasing & taking a left swing at him, hard to tell if he connected. Then a frustrating cut to a long scene were rapist is suddenly just laying in the roadway in fetal position, we don't know how he got that way, beat down or he just passed out drunk there- he's not bloodied or visibly injured.

Then same chinese guy, minus dark jacket, runs up more enraged than ever and punches his face hard, causing his whole body to convulse then stomps his abdomen, and he's pulled away... ah just watch it, don't feel like typing a play by play. Just to say, it's the same chinese guy who did all the beating, judging by his white shoes & rolled up jean cuffs, while the other men seen only briefly were all holding him back. White rapist was in a helpless passed out heap already- if the chinese guy had his way though he seemingly would've just beat him to death there. It seemed his rage only grew and grew as the clip went on- not sure where he was during that minute or so where the guy is videoed just passed out in the roadway. Maybe he was verifying the victim's story, and the gravity of the rape crime was gradually enraging him.

Like I said, just weird. I would like to see the cut parts, mainly how rapist ended up on the ground. The rapist twat was stupid (for raping at all (duh), much less there), and I'm guessing shit drunk. I wouldn't cry if he'd gotten the "beaten to death penalty" right there from the white shoed chinese- rapist was just so criminally stupid on so many levels, alcohol/whatever was no excuse, I can't imagine he'd be a loss to society sober either.

I'm glad white-shoes didn't just allow him to walk off "peacefully"; at least he got some of what he deserved, and locking him up now will be open/shut based on the video & witnesses. Hat's off to white-shoes in this episode.

Yeah, lots of missing footage there. Although I agree with the OP that, we should stick together more -- but the guy actually looked white, or could have been a light-skinned Paki. Hard to tell.

there's also the question of the full backstory. Don't know why this story fascinated me, but I searched around some. There are allegations floating that the girl was a prostitute & the "hero(s)" were pimps who set up the guy. I don't really buy that, all considered. Why would white-shoes still be in a rage when Paki's passed out in the street? Girl was traumatized but uninjured (the intercourse question remains?)
