US Senate declares the entire USA to be a "Battleground".

A bill passed late last night (93-7 votes) that declares the entire United States of America a battleground. What this means is that the U.S. Military can now operate with impunity, and grant the U.S. Military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate, and even assassinate United States citizens with impunity.

What this means is the United States is basically declaring war with itself. We need to shed light on this and make sure it does not become a law, otherwise we should just say good bye to the Bill of Rights and everything America used to stand for.

The United States is not declaring war on itself. It is declaring war on the republic (the United States of America) and any who stand there in. Completely different things.

My guess is that the military is superceding the authority of the sheriff's department in every county in America. If this bill passes it will be the elected sheriff that supports and takes orders from the military rather than the way it is now where the military must act in a supporting role to the sheriff

...I'm wondering if this has more to do with giving legal authority to NATO troops coming in to help out after our dollar crashes and there's panic in the streets. If the US is declared a battleground, it seems that the main purpose is to give the executive branch the total authority to do whatever it wants inside the country regardless of state laws or sheriff's authority
