I had no clue this was happening. :|~

It's past its 100th day and it started with a couple thousand college kids protesting tuition hikes and has grown recently due to despotic legislation that makes protesting illegal with a fine up to c$125,000. The protest was last reported as having up to 400,000 people.

A prosperous country needs educated citizens. To make this scenario less of a reality makes no sense.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot as a nation.

Mega face palm.

I hate it when people bump it up without knowing their history... That is far from being the worst or biggest.

They don't want educated citizens

They "Smart" sheep

Just enough education to operate the machines that make society comfortable for The Owners

But to dumb to sit at a kitchen table to realize no matter how hard they work they always have less and less each year.

Hey, I'm all for Quebec liberation. If they vote for it, all the power to them.

Ever wonder why Montreal is one of the centres of Cdn immigration?

So that they will never separate.
