The top of the Elite usually have minimal security. I think they sort of have to so they don't look like they are controlling everything. I think their strategy has always been to blend in, and stay low key.

He starts dancing to show tunes, and passing out candy to children, and that's AFTER he cures a deaf, and blind homeless woman by anointing her forehead.

There's a great interview floating around with Rockefeller where buddy just hits the balls, and lets him talk, and talk, and talk. Worked out perfectly.

I was thinking some more about this clip. Watching the video at first it seems like he was going to respond to what the guy said after he mentioned the NWO. However, watching it more closely, it seems like he was doing something else. I can't tell if he was doing some sort of psychic mind attack, or possibly doing a threat assessment to determine what he should do with them. Whatever he was doing, it was creepy.
