My personal views on NATO is that it needs to be dissolved. It was created to mutually help each other in case of war versus the Warsaw Pact. There is no more WP, so I believe NATO should be gone.

It doesn't matter where the exercise is done. I don't know why people in the US get all wound up if there are foreign troops training there; but have no problems with US troops training all over the place. A huge one is the now defunct Reforger https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exercise_REFORGER

Yeah, but the point I was trying to make was that the US trains [occupies, or wages war in] multitudes of countries; but whoa, let's not have any foreign countries train here on our soil. We can't have that...
