If you want to be ready for war, you need to have a large reserve of oil. I see them as being ready for war at any time, while they continue to lock up all the necessary commodities.

America has been sold out and the American people have become worthy of the disasters ahead.

they have a few $Trillion to spend.

if i had a few $Trillion, i'd load up on oil to.

though my guess is, a good part of that is for current consumption, as opposed to a 'Strategic Petroleum Reserve' type storage.

Yes- as Tyler Durden noted.... they are not hoarding dollars.
