Could this be an experiment in using the internet as a mind control tool? Please folks, don't believe your lying eyes, believew what we tell you. I think I counted at least 15 officers "smiling" in that video.

The only time I have ever seen officers smiling is after they have cracked somebody's skull open for asking a basic question or having smoked somone after pulling them over for having a dirty liscence Plate on their car.
