SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) —- Rodney King, 47, the Los Angeles parolee whose 1991 beating by Los Angeles police was caught on camera and fomented riots after the acquittal of the four officers involved, was found dead Sunday morning in his swimming pool at his home in Rialto, Calif., according to CNN and other media outlets.

Police said they received a 911 call from King’s fiancée, Cynthia Kelly, about 5:25 a.m. Pacific and found King at the bottom of the pool....

Just saw it on the local "news", which got the feed from CNN.

(1) They mentioned the infamous riots, and showed people rioting... ONLY WHITE PEOPLE RIOTING. I kid you not. Looked like they pulled the footage from Greece.

(2) Did their best to make him out like MLK... as he "inspired" a nation.

(3) Used the opportunity to convey Rodney King's wishes for Treyvon Martin's family, that they get the justice they deserve. Puke.
