150 mph Super Typhoon Sets Aim at Japan: Fukushima near center of forecast track — “Expected to intensify” and already the highest category storm (http://enenews.com/accuweather-150-mph-super-typhoon-sets-aim-at-japan-fukushima-near-center-of-forecast-track-expected-to-intensify-and-already-the-highest-category-storm)

"Guchol, a tropical cyclone in the western Pacific, rapidly strengthened Saturday
afternoon, local time. Winds are now in excess of 150 mph, making Guchol a super typhoon, the highest classification for tropical cyclones in the western Pacific.

If Guchol were an Atlantic Hurricane, it would be considered a Category 5 storm.

[...]

the storm is also expected to intensify further over the next day or two.

[...]

Guchol will still likely be a very powerful tropical cyclone upon reaching the Ryukyu Islands of Japan. Powerful winds, torrential rain and intense surf will be among some of the problems expected for the islands.

[...]

In fact, the main threat the storm poses to the main island of Japan will be its torrential rains. Heavy rain could lead to mudslides and flash flooding, especially in the mountains just west of Tokyo."

there is no reason for concern.

if a disaster were un-folding, would Obama be playing golf ? 100 rounds worth ?

we can rest easy knowing the the Jew Butt-kisser-in-Chief has delegated White House operational authority to a bunch of Talmud Worshippers.

Obama is beginning to make Bush 43 look conscientious.

but he just legalized a bunch of illegal immigrants to get their vote.

Jeezus, Obama is beginning to make Cheney look conscientious. :(

it's hard not to look on this map without thinking "Game Over".

also, Japan is on the other side of the International Date Line. it might be the 18th here - but it's the 19th there.

on the current storm track, the typhoon passes over Fukushima in the next 24 hours.

no need to worry though. Obama is probably planning his 101st round of golf.

"Guchol, a tropical cyclone in the western Pacific, has its sights set on Japan. Winds currently are 120 mph, with even higher gusts. If Guchol were an Atlantic hurricane, it would be considered a Category 3 storm."

The eye of the storm is due to pass over me, here in Osaka. Not too worried about it though, and I am about an 8 hour drive from Fukushima. As the typhoon moves north, over cooler water, it has, and will continue to lose a lot of power, from a category 4, to now a category 1 with winds now down to 70 kts. It will be downgraded to a tropical storm soon. It is no longer due to pass over Fukushima.
