About a month ago, I was looking at prices on .308 and .223 surplus. I figured after harvest, I would stock up since price and availability were good.
Now, harvest is over and I've got cash in hand, but there is no surplus ammo to be found. What happened? I've seen supplies come and go before, but never that quick and that completely dry.

If i feel the need or want to buy something i pull the trigger as i've lost out enough times to know if you snooze you lose.

There was probably a market spike on lead awhile back,
when they were painting Mexico with it.

Thanks, undgrd. I'd never heard of these guys before. Looks like they have what I want at even better prices than I found before the dryup.

I bought 1K rounds of 223 from them. It's not match grade, but it's middle of the road...good enough for plinking.

Holy Smokes they are temporally out of stock of .44 magnum.
Just browsing the site looks like they are temporally out of stock on a lot of various calibers.
Reloads they have, new? No.
