I was detained by Portland PD officer J McDonald on 26MAY2012. He detains me without suspicion of any criminal activity in violation of Delaware v Prouse. He admits his sole reason for stopping me is my legally carried firearm in violation of US v DeBerry. He seizes my weapon with no reasonable suspicion that I've committed a crime in violation of Terry v Ohio. He demands my ID without reasonable suspicion in violation of Hiibel v Nevada.

Can you believe that NAZI just walked right over and pulled that guys gun out of his holster? HOLY FUCK. Im not sure how i would react. Im shaking just thinking about what i might do. Would you let some average random Joe walking down the street grab your gun from your hip? FUCK NO. But since this average random Joe is wearing a costume, a plastic badge and in a clown car, all of a sudden realty changes and we travel to some alternate universe where individual Rights and personal responsibility no longer exist? FUCK OFF!!!!!!!!!

I would rather have the average random Joe try and rob, assault and steal from me, then to have to submit to Government at their whim.

Although he was in the right, he could have ran into the wrong Cop on the wrong day, and been tazed, assaulted or better yet......Suicided.
