How is it that they get fines of hundreds of millions and not one arrest? I mean these aren't just willy-nilly jay walking offenses here.

This really goes to show how corrupt and foul the whole financial system is.

Yves brings up a really valid point about why does banking need all these sophisticated practices. It should be a simple utility. You make a deposit, you make a withdraw.
