If they bring you up before a judge, they have to prove that they have jurisdiction, and that a contract exists which you are charged with breaking. No one ever told you have a strawman (in all CAPS), so you can claim to not be that straw man. You can claim to be your natural self as a human being. If you consent to appear 'as' your strawman, there is no limit to your liability to this system. They cannot prove a contract exists, because nobody ever told you that you have a strawman. Just you knowing about this shatters their claim to have jurisdiction. When they ask you if you 'understand' why you have been called, what they are asking is 'Do you 'stand under' our jurisdiction. If you say yes, you consent. That is proof they have jurisdiction. Deny your consent, and they cannot proceed.
