i bet most of us canucks were outside enjoying the gorgeous weather we've been blessed with this long weekend...last night the wife and i had a nice fire in the back yard, had a few drinks, and enjoyed the fireworks...went offroading earlier in the day in my new jeep (new to me, anyways, lol) lots of fun! ;D

Fireworks are a waste of taxpayer dollars I actually approve of.

For dinner last night I marinated a couple of steaks in beer and crushed garlic for about 2 hrs before tossing them on the BBQ w/baked potato and broiled veg. Delicious!
