Yeah so what....its been that way ever since the 14th amendment was ratified.
This isnt BurgerKing...........US citizen are subjects to the US government (",and subject to the jurisdiction thereof"....14th amendment). So claiming to be a "US citizen" on the sperm application paperwork.......dont expect to have it your way.....miss burgerking!
