Supposedly people 'lose it' during extreme heat waves. Combined w/ the prolonged power outages in so many metro cities, where is the looting & crime sprees? Typical news blackout or is it not happening?

Think it has maybe to do with what part of the country and city people are in. Maybe so far the lights have not gone out at the 'right' place yet? The summer is not over by a long shot yet!

there may be a heat-induced slowdown on Chimp-outs & other street level crime.

but US gov. crime has no such slowdown.

the biotech industry (Monsanto) has just slipped another "Get out of Jail Free, Do Whatever the Fvck you Want" card into a bill that would normally be considered routine.

They sure do and for a long time now. I've seen them spray down more thick trails at night than i can count.

They seem to have a thing for spraying right under the illuminated moon makes me wonder if there is some kind of occult agenda going on here as well or perhaps they can see the trails better from their birds in orbit under the light of the moon.

I think it mostly depends on the people in an area. For example, we all know of the looting, rape and assorted crimes in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. We all know what race most of the perpetrators were.

Then a year ago, there was Joplin, Missouri. Over $2.2 billion dollars of property damage with 116 people killed. Strange, wasn't it, that we didn't see the same kind of looting, rapes, etc. that we saw in New Orleans. You think it might have been because the race of the people was quite a bit different?

Yes, I know - the topic is the government doing the raiding. But the reaction of the victims changing by race is my point.

I don't know. I was expecting 60's-era type riots a couple years ago. If I were a betting-man, I would have lost. It still might happen, but I'm surprised they haven't happened yet.

I think the heat-induced aggressive behavior probably has a temperature threshold, after which point it's just too hot to do anything but lay down.

You can Obama and his guys are working on a new movement. Being the black agitator he is, Obama's background and experience qualify him for creating some real hateful uprisings. He's working on it, I'm sure.

There's been a lot of sparks but no flames. Maybe folks are getting soft. I remember the whole BART cop shooting and when Merserle got let off, only 1 year in prison, there was supposedly going to be riots and chaos in the streets. Not much happened.

I really think the NWO thugs run the show now, and any local uprisings will be crushed immediately. It's weird. I still remember the L.A. riots. For some reason I don't think it will happen again. Lessons were learned from that, protocols put in place. Same with Katrina. The sheep get herded this way.

I don't know. Remember the BART cop shooting awhile back? A white cop murders a black kid on tape, caught on camera. He got off pretty much scot free. If that couldn't incite the race war, I'm not sure the zimmerman case will. Either way, there's an obvious agenda to pit different races against each other.
