Yep, I don't know how many white people I know who refuse to have children, but then act as though they are on some high moral ground.

When I first came to this forum after GIM I was still waking up, and race issues were "Greek" to me. Having lived in and attended inner city schools for the vast majority of my life I was in it, so I really could not see it from the outside. Less (or more expensive) oil => more expensive food => food riots and inability for weaker people to reproduce.

When I used to live in Manhattan, I had other standards... now that I relocated in northern NM, much poorer area, I too have discovered that many people are more genuine.

80% of the time, bad/corrupt economics provide us with plenty of evidence. Poorer people tend to have bigger families because parents were taught to bet on their kids to provide for them at some point. While the richer is supposed to have all the perks and insurances possible.

This has very little to do with race but poverty and/or education.

No my father is white and my birth mother black. I have never known her. In the family I am the black sheep so to speak as my step mother/sisters/brother are white. I have always gone against the grain, been an eccentric, different. I could have chosen to identify myself to the whites but I didnt. And as soon as I was/am making new black friends, they were trying to convince me that I was/am black. Go figure. Being tired of all this I ended up marrying another 50% caucasian-african which turned out identifying himself as a black later on. So we divorced, he had a blatant inferiority complex. My son, is like me: happy of being "in between" . He tried the black side for a while though, but got over it as soon as he realized that people had become more racist toward him and that his polarized views were affecting his opportunities, counter-productive.

I quickly understood that "intellectual exile" was the best solution when realizing that both sides wanted me to take side.
